Valerie Liu - Art student

 I’ve been at U.S.Arts since I was four years old and have worked with teachers Miss Yin and Miss Henni. I enjoy all my projects in art class and using various mediums. My favorite project this year is drawing a portrait of the famous music group Daft Punk. I like the design of their masks and how it forces you to imagine what their real faces look like underneath. The medium I enjoy using the most is colored pencils because they come in many different colors and are easier to control with coloring and shading.  I look forward to learning new styles and skills in art class.
